HEALTH

                defined as the ability of  adopt and manage physical,mental and social challenges of life .To stay healthy we should use fresh vegetables and fruit,less salt and less white sugar meal, avoid carbonated and alcoholic drinks.do exercise and walking.





 I am sharing here 2 healthy drinks,  

 HEALTHY DRINK1


Ingredients.

  • 4   Dates  -      
  • 6   Almonds
  • 20-30  Raisins   or 1 tsp
  • 2 Figs
  • 1/2 lit  Milk (Luke warm)

How to prepare:

                        Except milk all ingredients soaked in 1/ 4 cup  of water for 6-8 hours.
Peel off  almond and separate seed of date.  
Blend all ingredients with its soaked water and add milk. Enjoy drink.
Serving- 2 glass
Tip.  for better result should be used lukewarm milk. 

 Benefits-  

  • contains  vitamins,mineral,fiber, antioxidants and protein.
  • controls heart diseases , sugar 
  • gives energy     

 HEALTHY DRINK2

    Ingredients:-
    • 1 apple                                      
    • 4 carrots medium size
    • 1/4  part of medium size  beet root                     
    • 1 lemon 

    How to prepare:

                      Extract juice of apple, carrot and beet root and squeeze 1 lemon in it.

    serving-1 glass

    Benefits.
    • contain mineral, vitamins
    • best for liver, heart disease
    • increase immunity power
    • lowers body fat
    • lowers cholesterol
